Objective
Take an existing word processor-created flyer and bring it in line with the school's branding

Process
The client already had an existing flyer that had been created in a word processor so text and photos were on hand, but it needed to be brought in line with the school's brand expectations. I started with a grid and arranged the text in a more logical fashion, adding sub-heads, bullet points and some call-out text to break it up. I chose a simple color scheme and arranged the white space to clean up the look. The provided photos were snapshots so I created a type treatment of the title for a focal point. The registration information had been a text link which didn't stand out enough for a call to action so I created a button. Finally, I added the appropriate logo.
