Objective
Just Pipes is an all-bagpipe CD from a popular Midwest Celtic rock band. It was important to emphasize the bagpipe nature of the disc. 

Process
The design was created from two stock photos, one of a bagpiper in Scottish Highland dress and one of a sunset with the hint of a mountaintop. I created a silhouette of the bagpiper from the photo and inserted it into the sunset photo for the cover. A portion of the bagpiper image, cropped to emphasize the pipes, was used on the disc itself.
